Reverend Robert McMillen joined Old Bethel as Associate Pastor in 1988. He oversees the Nurturing Committee which includes Health Ministries, Hospitality, New Member and Shut-In Visitation, Bethel and Fellowship Council, Stephen Ministry and Summer Fare to name a few. Previously, he pastored in churches in Knightstown, Crawfordsville, Rockport, Salem and Lanesville, Indiana.

Bob was born in 1942 in Canton, Ohio and was raised in the town of Industry in western Pennsylvania. He graduated from Nyack College in New York and Asbury Theological Seminary. He is married to Carol and has three grown children, six grandchildren and one great-grandson. The couple vacation regularly in the Great Smoky Mountains National Park and the Florida Keys and are both avid hikers and campers.
