What is the MTC? It's the Movie Theater Church, located in the Movies 8 cinema on East Washington Street. Worship is at 9:45am every Sunday morning, and is a true contemporary worship experience, complete with live music provided by Deeper Roots, movie clips on the big screen, and relevant messages for the young Christian seeking direction in life. Led by Pastor Ethan L. Maple, the MTC is less than a year old and already growing each Sunday!
The Movie Theater Church is a division of Old Bethel's off-site ministries. Off-site Ministries is also creating small groups that meet for fellowship and study throughout the community of the far east side of Indianapolis. Currently groups meet at Panera Bread and McCalister's Deli, and new groups are in the works and being formed. Contact Pastor Ethan if you are interested in being plugged into a group that meets in your community!

One of the reasons the MTC has kicked off so strongly is because of YOUR help. Imagine walking into your church and it is completely empty. The only things that are in place are the seats in the sanctuary. No sound system to turn on, no instruments to play, no podium to speak from, no welcome center to greet people, and no play area for the children. At the MTC, we walk into that every week and love it! It gives us the freedom to change how we do things week to week, constantly making improvements on what works best for the people who attend our church. But we couldn't do what we do without YOUR help!
We are always looking for volunteers to help with the MTC. Whether it be setup, tear down, welcoming, or child care, there is definitly a place we could plug you in at. Pleae pray about the consideration to help the ministry at the Movie Theater Church, and feel free to contact Pastor Ethan should you have any questions or want to learn more about how you can be involved!
